PDF Ready
Android app On-device PDF prep

Compress, scan, OCR, fix pages, and export clean from Android

PDF Ready helps you prepare useful PDFs from your phone: compress to exact sizes, scan paper, create PDFs from photos, add OCR, prepare PDF/A-2b when needed, fix pages, sign, add images, merge, split, review, and export clean.

What this helps with

Understand each step before the final upload

Use these feature pages when you need to understand what PDF Ready does before the final upload step. The app is built for practical PDF prep on Android: document entry, page cleanup, size targeting, compatibility options, review, and clean export.

Features

Choose the action that improves the document

Fix pages

Reorder, rotate, or delete pages before export.

Clean export

Review first, then export the copy you want to send.

Workflow

How it fits the PDF Ready workflow

The workflow starts with a file, scan, or photo set. You prepare the document on your phone, choose the action that matches the upload problem, review the prepared result, and export the clean copy when it is ready.

Review step

What to review before export

Check the page set, final size, readability, warnings, and the export action you plan to use. A smaller file is not useful if the text becomes hard to read or a required page is missing.

Boundary

How PDF Ready handles portal requirements

PDF Ready prepares the PDF around known checks that upload destinations often apply: size, pages, readability, restrictions, active content, and options such as OCR or PDF/A-2b when the workflow asks for them. The app gives you a clean copy to review, and you can keep adjusting if the portal shows an error PDF Ready can help resolve.

The final decision always belongs to the destination portal. PDF Ready has no government or agency affiliation, and PDF contents are processed on-device by default and are not uploaded to PDF Ready servers.
