Prepare first
Create a version you can inspect
Preparation creates a version you can inspect before deciding on the final clean copy. This helps you catch readability problems, wrong target size, or page issues before export.
PDF Ready separates preparation from final clean export. Prepare a version first, review the result, and export the clean copy only when size, pages, warnings, and readability look right.

Core checks
Check file size, page count, page order, warnings, and preview readability. If the file contains scans or photos, zoom in enough to confirm that important text and marks are readable.
Options
If you enabled OCR or PDF/A-2b, review the prepared result again because those choices can affect size and processing time. Use them when the document or workflow needs them.
Clean export
Do not export just because the file is under the target. Under the limit helps, but the PDF still needs to be readable and suitable for the upload.
Privacy and boundary
PDF contents are prepared on your phone and are not uploaded to PDF Ready servers. Review reduces avoidable mistakes, but PDF Ready does not guarantee final portal acceptance. The destination portal has the final say.
