Use this page when the document needs a visible handwritten signature and still needs route or size work afterwards. Add the signature first, then continue with Prepare only if the file still needs it.

When this fits

  • You already have the PDF or you can create one from photos.
  • The destination accepts a visible signature on the uploaded file.
  • You still need a strict target size such as 1 MB, 2 MB, or 4 MB.

Important boundary

  • A handwritten signature in PDF Ready is a visible mark, not a certified digital signature.
  • Do not use this path when the destination requires an untouched digitally signed PDF or a validated form state.

Practical order

  1. Start from your PDF or create a PDF from photos.
  2. Add the handwritten signature on the page where the document needs it.
  3. Save the updated PDF.
  4. Choose the exact size or portal you need.
  5. Review the prepared result before final clean export.
