PDF Ready

Android upload workflow

Compress a PDF on Android for upload

Use PDF Ready when the whole upload problem is happening on your phone: the file is on Android, the portal has a limit, and you need a reviewed clean copy without moving to a desktop.

Android-first On-device by default Review before clean export

Start from Android sources

  • Import a PDF from storage or another app.
  • Create a PDF from photos or scans.
  • Keep the source visible in Originals while preparing versions.

Choose the real target

  • Use 300 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB, 4 MB, or 12 MB only when that is the upload cap.
  • Use CEAC or IRCC profiles when the destination matches those paths.
  • Use GENERAL for ordinary exact-size work.

Review before leaving the app

  • Check the prepared file size and warnings.
  • Open the result and inspect readability.
  • Export the clean copy when it is ready to save, share, or submit.

When Android is enough

  • Short scans, photos, forms, certificates, and evidence documents often fit the mobile workflow.
  • Very large production PDFs or complex forms may need a different workflow.
  • Keep the original until upload acceptance is confirmed.
