Clean up pages before Prepare
Review thumbnails, reorder pages, rotate sideways scans, delete pages that should not be uploaded, and continue to Prepare when the document is ready.
Guide
Review thumbnails, reorder pages, rotate sideways scans, delete pages that should not be uploaded, and continue to Prepare when the document is ready.
Step 1
Use the thumbnail view as the first quality check. This is where you catch obvious order, orientation, or extra-page problems before you start route and size work in Prepare.
Step 2
Put pages in the right order when the document sequence is wrong. The goal is simple cleanup of the current document, not advanced document design.
Step 3
Rotate pages that were captured sideways so the document reads normally before review and upload.
Step 4
Remove duplicates, blanks, or irrelevant pages that should not travel with the final upload.
Step 5
Use edge adjustment only when the page came from scanner cleanup and the page boundary needs correction. This is not a general cropping or page-layout workflow.
Boundary: PDF Ready helps with lightweight page cleanup before Prepare. It is not broad PDF editing.
Step 6
When the current document is in the right shape, open Prepare, choose GENERAL, IRCC, or CEAC, and review the generated result before clean export.
Disclaimer: Page cleanup helps remove obvious upload problems before Prepare. It does not turn PDF Ready into a broad PDF editing tool.
