OCR a scanned PDF on Android
A scanned PDF can look fine but still be hard to search, copy, or review. Use OCR when you need searchable text, then continue preparing the PDF with size targets, page fixes, and clean export.
OCR can take longer on large or image-heavy documents because the work happens on your phone. OCR also does not always reduce file size by itself, so combine it with exact-size preparation when the upload limit matters.
