How to use PDF Ready

Privacy: processing is on-device. Your PDFs are not uploaded to any server. See Privacy and Terms.

Import one or more PDFs (Add button).
Tap Pre-flight to check typical portal rules (≤ 2 MB/file, password lock, forms, PDF/A hints).
If anything fails, press Fix now (we’ll extend this with IRCC/CEAC/USPTO profiles).
When you see “✅ Ready to upload”, Merge & open to get the final PDF and share or submit.

Quick tips

≤ 2 MB/file is common; if you exceed it, compress again or split into multiple PDFs.
If your PDF is password-protected, remove the password before pre-flight.
Non-embedded fonts and active form fields can be rejected; flattening helps.
