By design, PDF Ready processes your documents on your device. If any optional feature ever needs a server, we’ll clearly ask for consent and delete files after processing. See our Privacy Policy as well.

1. What PDF Ready does

The app prepares PDFs for submissions: compress, merge, flatten forms and run basic pre-flight checks (size, pages, encryption and, when applicable, PDF/A profile). It is not legal advice and does not guarantee third-party acceptance.

2. License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
• You may not decompile, rent, resell, sublicense or use it unlawfully.

3. In-app purchases

• Paid features (e.g., higher limits or advanced profiles) are activated via Google Play in-app purchases.
• Billing, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.

4. Your content

• Your files are yours. We do not claim ownership or collect their contents.
• You must have the rights to process them and ensure they do not violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Pre-flight & PDF/A

• Pre-flight aims to catch common issues (e.g., size ≤ 2 MB, pages, encryption). Requirements may change; always verify the official instructions of the destination portal.
• PDF/A conversion/validation depends on source material; we surface warnings when something does not comply.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for third-party rejections. We’ll use reasonable efforts to fix reported issues.

7. Technical requirements

You need a compatible Android device and sufficient storage. Some features may require minimum OS versions.

8. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms to improve features or for legal reasons. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the website.
